Non-Newtonian Fluids
My research group set up an inflatable pool with a non-Newtonian fluid made from water and corn starch in approximately a one-to-one ratio by mass.  A non-Newtonian fluid has the unique property that the viscosity changes with shear stress, or in practice, force exerted on the fluid.

Kinetic and Potential Energy
I explain the transfer of kinetic and potential energy in a pendulum.
